Upon arrival to the home the homeowner made me aware that they were having an issue with a leak in the basement. Upon further diagnosis I came to the conclusion that there was a 90 in the basement that was leaking. I then proceeded to give the homeowner upfront pricing and options to get this issue resolved today. The homeowner has decided to not have me do the work today and has decided to think on it.
