Customer called us out to replace a ball valve on her pool system. After looking over the system, we noticed that dwv piping was used instead of schedule 40. We also noticed one ball valve which was completely broken, and another which was very stiff, and I wasn’t able to turn it for fear that it would also break. We provided the customer with three options for repair. We did not agree on a repair option today, we will email the options which will be good for 30 day. Dispatch fee was collected via check.
