Upon arrival I informed Jennie of the procedure and what to expect from me during the 65 point inspection. After begging my inspection and doing a thorough evaluation it was discovered that the shut offs under the bathroom sink and kitchen sink leaked from the packing nut slightly when adjusted/turned off. They did function properly and turn the water off how ever. It was also discovered that the T&P valve on the water heater was not functioning properly, made Jennie aware of the urgency correlated with replacing that. She stated at this time they’ll “live with it” in reference to all options provided to her today. Flushed water heater to ensure sediment was flushed/rinsed out of the water heater.
