Arrived at property and met with homeowner. Homeowner made me aware that he just purchased this property for his daughter who has recently moved here from out of state. Current tank at this location is full of roots and is already started to collapse. Quoted replacing mainline from home to tank along with a new tank, unable to locate the drainfield due to not having access to the other side of the tank. Homeowner made me aware that since this is a project time, he will need to send over to his banker to add in to the estimate for the repairs for the home stated that he is going to talk to him today, I will need to follow up with him either tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday morning after him in the banker, have a chance to sit down and review everything.
