I was called to a home in the suburbs to repair a sewage pump. The customer had previously had the same pump installed less than a year ago and it had failed. I diagnosed the issue as a faulty pump and replaced it with a new one. I also checked the electrical wiring and ensured it was properly installed. The customer was very pleased with the work and thanked me for my help.
