Tech couldnt clear our clogged sewer line on tuesday, told us we have to wait until thursday so he can get the bigger snake. Totally unacceptable, esp for $850. He said his camera shows the line is blocked at 31 feet and his camera wont break thru the blockage, but he has a 75 ft snake??? I think i heard him on the phone saying his snake is broken and gets stuck at 30 ft.

Though I didn't go with RT in the end, RT was professional and I would definitely consider them in the future. Unlike other companies I dealt with, the RT rep, Adam, was great and his boss hopefully knows he's an asset to RT.

Remove customers expansion tank install company provided expansion tank
Performed leak detection in home today started its pressure test automatic failure. Tech used acoustic leak detection equipment in order to get PoI. First POI indicated at Kitchen Sink cold side. Second POI was at washing machine manifold. Found burst water line on 1/2” cold manifold Performed cut and Cap. Re pressurized home held 80psi for 5 min timer Affected areas being kitchen sink cold side and out side hose bib.
Technician installed garbage disposal and truck stock basket strainer. Along with new ptrap and waste tee. Cut and shorted stub outs for water lines. Connect dishwasher discharge line to air gap. Technician did power flush on 40 gal water heater. Tech removed shower head toe move any containments and debris. Upon inspection of shower he@d found broken California compliance water saver removed and cleared debris for proper flow. Removed and reset tub spout. Due to compression style tub spout had small wiggle play left to right.
Refrigerator water was leaking. Customer freezer is defrosting water onto the flow. Customer is getting a new refrigerator. Turned off angle stop for water.
Provide and install new refrigerator icemaker box
Pulled toilet Remove wax ring found out somebody used a foam wax ring. No guarantees this will fix the smell in the master bedroom.

Free leak detection found point o interest on kitchen sink and hidden manifold
Install new new p trap. Install new two part waste.
Tested water pressure. 40PSI. Swapped out the pressure regulator and there was not change in water flow. When you flush the toilet in the other bathroom the flow of water through the shower diminishes. Advised customer to call the city or Rainsoft to evaluate the water softener to make sure it not causing the issue.
