Mr. Bob Olson, I wanted to thank you for the outstanding service your company provided me and my family. After relocating to Corona (three weeks ago) the shower drain, located in the master bedroom, started to back up. My wife initially contacted one of your competitors, while I was at work. The competition told her the issues was too complicated for their company and left, within minutes of arrival - apparently there was to much liability for them. I contacted your company and was greeted by Roxanna. She connected me with a plumber who was available and within minutes, Shane arrived at my home and solved my issue in seconds (ending up being a clogged drain trap). Not only was Shane extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain to my wife and I the cause of the drain not functioning. Shane carried himself very politely and exuded trustworthiness - both in knowledge and experience to place my family at ease.
