The water system of our old family home was a mystery to me, and the water was making us sick. Chris and Aaron came and told me how to shock the well, and installed a uv system to kill bacteria. When Chris came back for a follow-up testing, bacteria was gone, but ph reading was abnormal. Pronto kept testing until they found out the cause - our water is over 6 times normal acidity. Pronto re-piped the entire house ( a major challenge) and installed an acid filter/ water softener. Chris did a thorough explanation of the work they did. Now I know what every pipe serves, and how every piece of the system works. I am so happy with this company! Chris and Aaron were cheerful, careful, and thorough in their work, never cutting corners, but doing every step in order to leave us with a safe, complete working system. I had had a previous estimate done for re-piping. Pronto came in well below that figure. I am beyond pleased - I am ecstatic!

I called Pronto on Saturday and they were able to schedule me for service on Monday. I was so glad to be able to get an appt that soon. We had a leak underneath our kitchen sink aed needed a new faucet installed (which I pre-purchased one at Home Depot). Lee was punctual, very professional & kept me informed thruout the entire process. He also explained the pricing clearly. It did not take him long to get the old faucet out & new one in. Problem solved! I’m pleased with the service.

I appreciated the prompt, pleasant service we received from Tommy with Secco today , when we realized our toilet was spraying water on the floor and wall with each flush!! We have friends coming tonight, and 20 more people coming in a couple of days!! Thankfully it wasn’t a serious or difficult repair job- but it’s 10am and it’s all taken care of!

We experienced an inside main line sewer back up right before a graduation party for my son. We had 60+ guest coming to the house and our drainage was all backed up. I called Pronto Plumbing to request emergency service and they responded very quickly. Dustin came to the house, diagnosed the problem and worked quickly to repair our backed up sewer drains. He got our toilets and water lines flowing again for our guest. Dustin was very personable and sympathetic to our problem.
