-For the main floor toilet we put 1/4 turn compression valve, fill valve, flex, connector, and new valve seal in the tank. We also reduced the pressure from 85 psi to 60 psi. Took out restrictors in kitchen faucet to increase pressure there as well as the master shower handheld sprayer. to turn on the master shower you need to pull it, which is hard to adjust to get the exact pressure that you want. Adding on a new shower cartridge would be a lot easier to get the exact pressure. Definitely save up some money for the water heater, as it is 24 years old.
