The master shower is experiencing a squealing noise coming from the diverter seal. The diverter was replaced with a new one and the noise has stopped. The shower in the hall bathroom is running only hot water and cannot be used safely. The internal cartridge was replaced and the cold water pressure has returned. Other fixtures were also inspected and there seems to be an intermittent pressure issue throughout the home. We believe there is either a pressure regulator that is going out or there may be a main valve for the building that is not open all the way causing inconsistent pressure. The main valve to unit D is open all the way.
