Having used Southside Plumbing in the past, they are a great company. Excellent customer service and easy to work with. Our service tech, Chris, was very professional and knowledgeable. The only concern I have is; why does it cost almost $400 for 1/2 hour of work? That's a rate of $800 per hour for labor. I understand that there is a trip fee built into this rate, however, $800 per hour is quite steep. The materials used did not come to much.

We have a price based on average time worked for a particular job so there are no surprises. Sometimes a job goes well and it takes a shorter time, but the experience level and instruction our plumbers go through does not come cheap. Thank you for being a loyal customer!
