We will need to pull out the water heater and pull off a portion of the plenum for the heat and air unit in order to get to the drain line and replace the floor drain. We will move the drain to a more accessible location in between the water heater and heat and air unit to allow for future maintenance work. We will pour the concrete back and set the water heater as well as the panel for the heat and air units plenum. The concrete will be put back to rough grade.
