Repipe the gas system from the kick out to all the gas appliances. 5 drops in total counting the kick in. We will run the kick in inside strap it then build a manifold to run each fixture. We will put in isolation valves in the crawl space in the event a leak comes up to isolate the line that is leaking as well as shutoff valves at the fixtures. We will sleeve the kick in and seal it from the outside. We will also ground the line stubbing in and paint it to prevent corrosion. The lines will be strapped up neatly in the crawl space. 5 year warranty on the gas lines installed
