We will snake the floor drain for the condensation units, clean out the p-trap and reroute the condensation lines to the floor drain. We will completely take out the condensation pump due to the pump burning up and not working properly. With the amount of condensation it takes from the ice maker the pump is constantly working and over working itself to the point it burnt up. Rerouting the lines to the floor drain will prevent the need for the condensation pump and it’s failure to work.
