Michael with Wooten Plumbing is knowledgable, personable, and professional. He listened to our concerns, and his expertise regarding our collapsed sewer line was welcoming information. Michael explained the process for digging, the foundation work for accessing plumbing under the concrete back porch, replacing and securing pipe to the clean out and main sewer line. He also explained protection service, any warranty that may be available, how many days the job will take, and how soon they can start. Jeremy, and his assistant were very helpful, Jeremy, explained the water heater unit to me, and did visual check of the unit and took a plate off to check the wiring, he explained how the water heats at different times of the year; I felt he was both knowledgeable, and polite. He helped me make a decision regarding replacement of the water heater at this time which was something I needed in order to make the decision at the present time. I believed his honesty during the conversation, which is to be commended. I will be using Wooten for any future plumbing needs and if in the future it is necessary I will have Wooten do the replacement. Thank you for providing me with such service. Donna

We will remove the old kitchen faucet and replace with customer provided faucet. Part of this job will also include changing out the old water stops for this faucet
We will pull out the old pump in order to replace it with a newer model specific to the tub. The older models are discontinued. Once the pump is replaced we will fill the tub and test it out to make sure the jets work properly.
Replace a 1/4” compression stop, with a 1/4” compression male coupling to eliminate the shut off completely
Option to perform tankless water heater flush for two units. We are NOT responsible for the conditions of either unit due to the age of the units.

Replace leaking basket strainer with new one and new handle also replace stem in TNS faucet for spout. As well as take the TNS faucet apart in order to fix the leaking fittings and retread them with a thread sealant.
We ran the camera through the cleanout toward the master bathroom toilet and confirmed the line is "bellied" for roughly 10'. The portion of line that needs repaired runs from the toilet to just under the sink closet to the toilet in the master bathroom. To make the necessary repairs we will remove the toilet, cabinet doors and divider on the one sink. We will then install protective plastic throughout the bathroom as a protective layer. The tech will then jack hammer up the necessary concrete in the toilet room and under the vanity and dig down and expose the bellied line. Cut out and replumb the compromised section with new schedule 40 pvc pipe and fittings. Once completed we will reinstall the cabinet doors, divider, patch concrete back, install provided tile and reset the toilet. The tile in the toilet room will have to removed for this repair, due to the rarity of this tile Wooten Plumbing is NOT responsible for providing replacement tile. Replace the bottom element on an electric water heater
Use Electronic leak detection to locate the water leak under the circle drive.
We will pull the original toilet and reset it with a new wax ring and stool bolts this will not fix the low flushing on the toilet but will fix the leaking from the base of the toilet. We are NOT responsible for the condition of the flange once the toilet is pulled. If it needs to be repaired or replaced we will need to discuss further options to either repair or replace the flange. If the flange looks to be in good condition we will set the toilet back on the floor without any issue. We are NOT responsible if the toilet does not flush very well due to the age of the toilet.
