We will bust open the floor in both bathrooms and under the drinking fountains. We will need to pull of both vanity’s in the bathrooms in order to get down to the concrete. We will cut the tile and pull it out in a 3 by 3 section in both bathrooms and re open the concrete under the drinking fountains. We are NOT responsible for replacing tile and the concrete will be to rough grade. We will NOT polish the concrete. We will cut out the section of piping causing the issues and rework it in order to flow properly. Replacing this fitting will allow our sewer equipment to run the correct way and will keep solids from getting stuck in the area.
