Install pipe liner on the sewer trunk line under the building. We will bust a hole in the floor of the mechanical room to expose the sewer line and use as our access point to install the liner. Before the liner is installed we will descale and hydrojet the line for proper installation of the new liner. We will install the liner through trunk line going through to the back to back bathrooms as well as the trunk line going out to the cleanout ( roughly 75' total). We will make all necessary reinstatements into the new liner from the branch lines. Plumb in new floor drain in the mechanical closet and patch the concrete back once completed.
