Arrived on 7/10/23 - Mike A - Arrived on site and inspected unit. Customer stated right fryer having temp issues. Tested and found incoming gas pressure to be 7inwc. Unit calls for 11inwc. Had to crawl under food truck to access high pressure regulator. Made adjustment to raise incoming pressure to manifold. Once adjusted I verified manifold pressure on all units and adjusted to manufacture specs. Unit ok for use. Verified no gas leaks.
Report of the oven conveyor speeding up after the oven has been on for a few hours. Tested the unit and checked the speed control board to find loose wiring. Corrected the issue and tested again, it is now running at the correct speed consistently.
Arrived at location on 6/7/21 to service walk in freezer. Found unit running but extremely hot, shut unit off in defrost and checked amp draw at heater. Checked operation of time clock. Cleaned condenser and cabinet, unit full of grass clippings. Put unit back together and started. Pressures and compressor temp is much better. Box temp is 13 degrees and unit is operating properly at this time.
Found Bax Proofer PC heat elements are bad. drain pan is full of lime scale. spray orfice needs replaced. I will obtain parts and return. will need to replace seized hardware and install press nuts. will need to delime the drain. will need help to access the top of the proofer.
arrived. checked and Steamer unit would not turn on. removed side and checked and had voltage into unit. both fuses were OK. had 208v to transformer and 26v out. checked and found ribbon cable falling out of PC board. found harness on board had broken retaining clip for cable. likely broke from door being slammed. will obtain replacement board and cable to make repair. unit is working at this time but advised customer not to slam door to hard to keep cable from falling out until we return. 6/26/20 Arrived on site and installed replacement control board and wire harness. tested unit OK for use.
Found Walk-In Freezer system low on refrigerant so I looked for leaks. Initially I couldn't find anything leaking so I boosted the system pressure with nitrogen. I could then hear the valve on the receiver leaking. I put thread sealant on the valve caps and tightened them which should be fine until I can get a new receiver. I also noticed the suction service valve on the compressor is badly rusted and is a risk of a future leak. I will order the receiver, valve and new dial thermometer (per Sandy's request). I added refrigerant and temp is now dropping. 10/24/19 Recovered refrigerant and replaced the leaking receiver and suction service valve. I changed the filter drier and pressurized system with nitrogen and didn't lose any pressure. Pulled a vacuum on the system and then put recovered refrigerant back in. I replaced the dial thermometer on the walk in and everything is now working normally.
Arrived. customer stated Dishwasher unit won't stop running. checked and found no voltage to booster. found terminal block overheated, did remove and clean and got it to work temporarily. unit did heat but did not have proper amp draw with 240V. should have 29 amps with the 8.2 ohms across element. did find unit made temp but does take a little longer then usual. Unit is okay for use. Will provide quote for replacement of terminal block, cycle lights and booster element. 11-02-18 Returned to confirm that element is bad. Checked and found it pulling proper amperage. Will not be ordering the element or element gasket. Will provide quote to replace the terminal block and cycle light. ** No charge per Service Manager
