Arrived, spoke with customer, statement won't turn on. Found unit displaying time and date and that was it. Removed front board and checked connections. Called factory, spoke with Ian, he had me check voltage from DC power supply, okay, had me remove small board from front board and then unit would turn on. Picto board is shorted. Will obtain new and return. 1-23-18 Removed failed board, replaced with new, tested okay for use.
