arrived, stated dishwasher is not washing properly. checked unit over, turned on and allowed to run, wash pump is running, all detergent pumps are working properly. found both wash arms were not turning freely, bottom wash arm barely turning at all. removed both wash arms and cleaned build up and reinstall, both are spinning freely now, run cycle with dirty dishes, with one cycle, dishes now appear clean, confirm unit is operating properly now with customer. unit is ok for use. did inform customer on how to address this issue in the future, on how to remove wash arms and clean as needed. ****contacted Mark at champion, this repair will not be covered under warranty.****
