Arrived at location on 3/14/23 - Unit was hissing as if it was out of refrigerant. I checked the pressures and we were just about pulling a vacuum. I charged the unit back up with R-404a to ensure it wasn’t a cap tube issue. I then charged the unit up to 250psi of nitrogen and began leak checking. I found a leak in the low-side coil. I removed the old charge and cut off the low side coil and replaced it with new copper. I filled the unit back up with 250psi of nitrogen for 30 minutes to ensure there were no leaks. I lost 0 psi. I pulled a vacuum down to 500 microns on the unit and charged the unit back up with the factory amount of R-404a and turned the unit on. Units condenser fan motor is going bad but I saw in the notes that Tom already recommended replacement but the customer denied it. The unit has come down to temp and cycled with no issues. The unit is now running
