Arrived at location on 12/17/21 - Unit wash basin not heating at all. Legs 2 and 3 are receiving 280vac and drawing 6.4 amps. Leg 1 is receiving 280vac and drawing 0 amps. Element is bad and needs replacement. Shawn will be supplying the element which he has already purchased. Due to location of element in rear of unit, machine will need to be moved approximately 24 inches away from the wall. Along with that, auxiliary tables and large attached garbage disposal will need to be disconnected, moved, and supported etc. the area where machine is located is tight and only has about 36 inches of area between the unit and soak sinks. It is absolutely necessary to have repair performed at a time where no employees are around such as early in the morning or late in the evening. There is a hard piped section of ductwork attached to machine which protrudes through ceiling as well which will need to be dismantled to move unit. Unit in service with 190 degree sanitizing rinse.
