Arrived on, 09/09/23- Steve- Call Out- Found unit to have tstat set to cooling and unit at 80 degrees. Went to roof and found compressor extremely hot and condennsing fan motor to hot to touch. Tried to turn u it on and tested fan motor. Fan did not spin freely. Replaced condensing fan motor and then had to cool compressor to turn back on. Turned u it on and tested. Unit is in operation at this time.
