Commercial Kitchen Appliance Repair. Arrived at the client's location on 5/20/23 to repair the client's commercial dishwasher. Unit filled and heated up but wouldn’t run. Found tray on stop switch moved tray came on. Ran unit operation ok at this time.

Arrived at location on 11/18/22 - Found unit to be at -6 degrees. It unit tstat was reading 30. Tried to adjust parameters but controller was non adjustable for probes. Removed all probes controls and extras. Installed new defrost timer and defrost stat. Also installed mechanical controlled tstat. Tested freezer. Freezer is in operation. At this time.

Arrived at location on 2/15/22 - Found heat elements and bank cover all leaking water found cover is cracked. I did try to seal for temporary use. Rinse tank is at the end of the dish machine rinse section under the open conveyor section. Will obtain new parts and return. Returned to location on 2/24/22 - Did replace the final rinse tank element gaskets and blank cover and element cover. I checked ops all ok and ready to use.

Arrived at location on 7/16/21 - Arrived and took the pipes out. Adjusted the way the pipe looks like by having the knob facing towards the cabinet post door. Tested the drain and it’s ok to use.

Arrived, stated CHA Dishwasher unit is not making temp, dishes not being cleaned properly. checked unit over, found rinse and wash temps are low. final rinse temp is ok. removed top cover, found no amp draw on wash tank elements, contactors are pulled in. found 1 90 amp fuse is blown. causing the elements to not heat. did shut off all breakers. checked components, burnt wiring at blown fuse. contactors are ok. checked each wash element, each ohms out ok. turned unit back on. did leave 100 amp breaker for wash tank off. will order fuses and fuse block. will need to replace wiring as well. please check amp draw on each element individually after repairs are made, check if any leg on any element increases amp draw after it gets heated up. did also check all pumps, all pumps are running and pulling correct amps. will order parts and return. 2/15/21 Arrived, shut all breakers off to unit. remove top cover. verify no voltage. remove fuses and fuse block for wash tank heaters. install new fu

Customer stated right side of Fryer not working, They can hear motor running but product doesn't come out. Found basket out of place from basket cam. Put into place, basket lift motor is functional. Basket did sit down lower than left side, adjusted reed switch cam wheel on lift motor so basket will come up further when lifted. Basket cam on right side is worn out. Tested unit, is working at this time. will order new cam and return. 1-07-19 Removed old basket and cam on right side, installed new basket cam and basket, turned on and allowed to heat to set point, verified basket lifts and dumps, okay.

Found left. basket coupler on Fryer-Electric lose, causing error E04. I did locktite and tighten the coupler bolt and checked ops. Okay, ready to use.
