We were in the market for a Jacuzzi and went to Orlando then a few places in Melbourne. When we met Tracy at Mr. Fireplace and Spa our search ended. She is very knowledgeable and cares for her customers. We love our spa and the service we received from Mr. Fireplace. She was quick to respond to questions we had and the Jacuzzi itself is one of our best purchases.
