I'm not sure if DC doesn't have enough drivers but a 90 minute wait is unacceptable. Yes i saw the time provided by the tracker but there was no way to cancel. Probably just use door dash exclusively moving forward. They get my order to me in less than 30 minutes. And I tip like a Rockefeller!
