We ordered a chimney cap which they measured for and custom built. It doesn’t fit correctly. It’s bowed out on one side and too big on the other. The installation crew was unprofessional. They had to borrow tools from us and then kept one of our drill bits. All this cost us $2100. We’ve used Ben Hill in the past & were very happy but this time -not so much.

Adam & his team were wonderful! They arrived when promised & completed our repair for the amount quoted. Adam even sealed an area that he noticed was not sealed for us! From the first day on it’s been a great experience with your whole team. Mr. Robert Hamrick came out did an inspection and gave me a price, I have not regretted it. I had to wait until we had a storm here to be sure that the gutters are working properly and from what I can see All of the areas that I was concerned about the gutters are doing their job, there is one spot where we discuss extending the downspout that leaves me a little concerned but I was assured that if necessary you guys would come out and extend that downspout.Your people were very professional polite they came out they did the job and they cleaned up after themselves in in in was gone the lip worked like a fine oiled machine and that simply because they knew what they were doing I appreciate it Tim I appreciate your whole crew thank you
