Finished product terrible. Cleanliness terrible. Still picking up nails in my yard its been months. Took me calling/texting multiple times and a month to finally get 2 truck fulls of leftover building materials removed from my driveway. Sloppy work bad communication overpriced and finally cancelled my remaining contract work after waiting and waiting only to find out they wouldnt be out to finish the work for another two months. When I signed up said it would be 10-14 weeks til install. Then after four months said itd be another month or two. Dont recommend.

We ordered a chimney cap which they measured for and custom built. It doesn’t fit correctly. It’s bowed out on one side and too big on the other. The installation crew was unprofessional. They had to borrow tools from us and then kept one of our drill bits. All this cost us $2100. We’ve used Ben Hill in the past & were very happy but this time -not so much.
