New windows and new seamless gutters look great and function well. The installation for each was courteous and efficient, and a mistake in the initial installation of one of the gutters was quickly and completely corrected. I spoke with 5 different people over the course of the entire transaction (from initial inquiry to on-site evaluation to scheduling to installation), and they were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly customer-focused. The only thing preventing me from rating the overall experience with 5 stars is that I had to leave several voicemails at different numbers before I could get the installation scheduled after the payment had already been made for the windows, and after the deposit had already been made for the gutters. That was frustrating. It would have been helpful for the company to contact me promptly upon processing the payment / deposit in order to either go ahead and schedule an installation date, or at least to let me know that the products had been ordered, and provide a good estimate for an install date, with a follow-up call if it was going to take longer, or to get it scheduled. That's why I rated the convenience as 'Average'. But so far I am certainly happy with the end result. I will recommend them to friends.

This is the 2ND time I've used this company because they are amazing. There was a slight problem with a small defect in a window (manufacturer problem) & Justin was extremely helpful & took care of getting me a new window & set up an re-install appointment ASAP. It's a pleasure dealing with everyone there & they go above & beyond for their customers. I highly recommend this company & look forward to using them again on a few more projects.

I did not really shop around so I cannot comment on price, but it feels very reasonable. Everything else is painless. They came in time, changed out the windows fast and quiet, and they did not try to sell me more products I did not need. They are trust worthy.

Now a completed project in Cary. Removed entire house worth Pella wood windows and installed energy-efficient vinyl replacement windows. Installed new provia front entry door and storm door. Also rebuilt entire front wall of Home due to wood rot.
Current project in Raleigh. Removed 10 wood windows affected by wood rot and replaced with 10 energy star rated vinyl replacement windows. Insulated frame and sash.
Upcoming project in Cary. Replacing aging roof with new 30-year architectural shingles. Replacing some wood rot affected fascia board and also replacing siding on the house with new Hardie siding
Recently completed project in Cary. Remove 12 Pella wood windows and replace with 12 energy star rated vinyl replacement windows. Insulated frame and sash. Also repaired some wood rot on two Sills and two noses
