New windows and new seamless gutters look great and function well. The installation for each was courteous and efficient, and a mistake in the initial installation of one of the gutters was quickly and completely corrected. I spoke with 5 different people over the course of the entire transaction (from initial inquiry to on-site evaluation to scheduling to installation), and they were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly customer-focused. The only thing preventing me from rating the overall experience with 5 stars is that I had to leave several voicemails at different numbers before I could get the installation scheduled after the payment had already been made for the windows, and after the deposit had already been made for the gutters. That was frustrating. It would have been helpful for the company to contact me promptly upon processing the payment / deposit in order to either go ahead and schedule an installation date, or at least to let me know that the products had been ordered, and provide a good estimate for an install date, with a follow-up call if it was going to take longer, or to get it scheduled. That's why I rated the convenience as 'Average'. But so far I am certainly happy with the end result. I will recommend them to friends.
