Our sales rep was great Installers were great Alex, who tied things up at the end was awesome. Had it not been for him, honestly would not have given such a good review The rep that came by in between was not so good with customer service. He never returned my call to respectfully answer a simple question. I was confused about something and only wanted someone to clear it up for me Not so happy with him.
