This is the first time as a homeowner that I have had to replace my roof. After getting my insurance adjuster to look over the damage, I was advised to start consulting with contractors. I did my diligence and reviewed Angi, BBB, and other online sources before identifying 5 possible contractors. Fortunately, my first call was to Fidelity Roofing. Jonathan was quick to respond and come out and inspect what needed to be done, and even get on top of the house to look it over himself, tarp an area that was causing a leak in the house to mitigate further damage, and really walked me through the process related to insurance filing and payment, how long the job would take, what he estimated the cost would be to replace the roof, gave samples of shingles, and answered all my questions. He was on time, thorough, and professional. After meeting with the other contractors and evaluating all my options carefully, I chose Fidelity Roofing. This past week, the job was completed and everything went great just as Jonathan assured me it would. In a world full of con artists and people who say they'll do something but don't, it was such a joy to have everything happen exactly as it was proposed and feel great about the whole experience. I highly recommend Jonathan Prescott and Fidelity Roofing!
