The best contractors I have ever worked with, The owners are friendly and courteous. They sincerely care about the quality of the job and go the extra mile to insure good quality and service. After we received the estimate we had a heavy rain and a leak showed up. Jonathan came right out and made a temporary fix to stop the leak at no extra charge. The roofing crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up the debris as they went. When they left after completing the job you couldn't even tell they had been there. The roof looks great. This is the first time as a homeowner that I have had to replace my roof. After getting my insurance adjuster to look over the damage, I was advised to start consulting with contractors. I did my diligence and reviewed Angi, BBB, and other online sources before identifying 5 possible contractors. Fortunately, my first call was to Fidelity Roofing. Jonathan was quick to respond and come out and inspect what needed to be done, and even get on top of the house to look it over himself, tarp an area that was causing a leak in the house to mitigate further damage, and really walked me through the process related to insurance filing and payment, how long the job would take, what he estimated the cost would be to replace the roof, gave samples of shingles, and answered all my questions. He was on time, thorough, and professional. After meeting with the other contractors and evaluating all my options carefully, I chose Fidelity Roofing. This past week, the job was completed and everything went great just as Jonathan assured me it would. In a world full of con artists and people who say they'll do something but don't, it was such a joy to have everything happen exactly as it was proposed and feel great about the whole experience. I highly recommend Jonathan Prescott and Fidelity Roofing!

First Times a Charm

I had my roof replaced in November 2022. It is the first time I ever had to do this as a homeowner. I researched a number of contractors via BBB, Angi, etc., with the first one being Fidelity Roofing. I found them to have numerous excellent reviews, A+ rating on BBB, and samples of their work on existing homes. After meeting with several contractors, I chose Fidelity Roofing because Jonathan did a good job of explaining what was involved, how the insurance process worked, got on top of the house and reviewed markings from the insurance adjuster, fastened a tarp onto the roof to prevent further damage inside my bedroom due to roof leak, and just thoroughly walked me through everything. There was no pressure to sign anything or add on to the expense (ex: gutters) when it wasn't necessary, and Jonathan knows his stuff. The project took 2 days to complete. The team arrived at 7 am each day and wasted no time getting things done. Overall, they did a great job with the installation and clean-up afterwards. I would recommend Fidelity Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof.

When we first had problems with the roof we didn’t know which direction to go to, and we didn’t know who to trust, but we are so glad that we chose you guys Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the whole process that we would have to go through he made it so easy and was with this every step of the way my mom and myself were pleasantly surprised about how easy he made the process.
