Darlene was very organized and kept in contact about appointments and what to expect. She was very thorough and detailed with her presentation, information gathering, assessment and knowledge about Guardian as well as the process of acquiring a new roof. Even though Guardian was a bit higher in price than our other estimates, we felt confident with the company because of how well it was represented. So far, so good!
