This customer called in from Anderson,SC after being referred by their friend. They were worried about having storm damage after the most recent hail storm on April 6th. I performed my property inspection and found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, downspouts, fence paint and playhouse. I walked this customer through filing a claim. She filed a claim with Nationwide insurance company. I came back to this property a week later and met with the licensed adjuster. He also agreed to the hail damage. This customer is so excited to be approved full roof replacement. New Roof coming soon!!
