This customer called in from the Regency Park Subdivision after being referred by their neighbor. They were concerned after the April 6th hailstorm hit at their home and wanted to have their roof inspected. After performing my inspection I found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, collateral damage on window screens on the back sunroom as well as some of the window trim, collateral damage to the fence stain and soft metals on the roof. I walked the customer though the claim process. They filed a claim with Kemper Insurance company. I came back to the property to meet with the insurance adjuster. He also agreed to all the storm damage as well. Customer are very happy to be approved for a full roof replacement. New roof coming soon!
