Mr McDaniel called us when he found a small leak in his bathroom. We came out and performed our free full roof inspection. During my inspection I was able to track the cause of the leak to a dry rotted pipe boot. I checked the other pipe boot and found that although it was not leaking yet it was dry rotted as well. We sent him an estimate that afternoon to replace both old pipe boots as well as seal some exposed nail heads. Mr McDaniel accepted our estimate and the work will be completed by the end of the week.
