He was early to the appointment we scheduled and easily explained what he would be doing during the appointment. His inspection was thorough and detailed and provided us with the next steps to solve the issue at hand. Home repairs can be very stressful and overwhelming, but Douglas made it stress-free and provided the information in an easily digestible way that was not overwhelming.
