We had performed a previous inspection for this customer in the Owens Meadow subdivision in Simpsonville, SC a year ago. We have been monitoring her address for future wind and hail damage since then. We notified this customer of the hail storm that hit at their home on April 06,2022 and was able to set up a hail inspection. Upon inspecting the property I found hail damage on all slopes of the roof, windows screens, and soft metals. I walked the customer through filing a claim with their insurance company. I will be coming back to meet with the adjuster in a week.
