This customer in Taylors, SC called in for a roof tune up. The customer was about to sell the home but wanted to make sure everything was in order for the new buyers. While doing the free roof inspection I found 14 shingles that need to be replaced, pipe boot nails that needed to be resealed, and exposed ridge cap nails that needed to be resealed. We preformed the roof repair and then the home was ready for it's new residents.
