Mr. Bullard called us with a roof leak issue from Taylors, SC subdivision. I conducted my free roof inspection onsite and found quite extensive hail damage the property. The customer had a prior claim with State Farm that had been denied, so we made sure to thoroughly document all damages sustained to the property from the sudden and accidental event. An unlicensed third-part showed up to the customer's home to conduct the initial insurance company inspection so the customer turned them away and requested that an actual licensed adjuster perform his property inspection. Upon the second inspect an actual licensed adjuster performed the inspection and agreed with us on all of our original findings. New full roof replacement coming soon!
