This customer called in from Travelers Rest, SC asking for a roof inspection for their leaking roof. While looking for the cause of the leak, I also found hail damage. I advised this customer to file a claim with their insurance company. They ended up being approved for a full roof replacement. This customer is so happy their roof replacement is coming soon!
