Thank you for asking for my opinion. I hope the owner of Andy's takes the time to read surveys to stay close to the front lines of his business. I think it's important. May I please take a minute of your time to tell you of the excellent Customer Service given to me today by Danny Grey. First of all, he is very polite and friendly. Danny is professional and knowledgable. He asked all of the "right" questions to fully determine my concerns, needs and desires. We had a problem and when Danny left our home, our issues were resolved completely and quickly. He was upfront on all pricing and honest. In my opinion, he should be in a Management position where he can be teaching, guiding and responsible for his own team under him. In my opinion, he has all of the qualities of a First Class Manager in his field. This is Danny's second time to be at our home in the last 30 days and both times he did a fantastic job of helping us. Thank you for having someone on your team with these standards of excellence and professionalism. He represents your company very well. You don't want him to every leave your team!
