May I please take a minute of your time to tell you of the excellent Customer Service given to me today by Danny Grey. First of all, he is very polite and friendly. Danny is professional and knowledgable. He asked all of the "right" questions to fully determine my concerns, needs and desires. We had a problem and when Danny left our home, our issues were resolved completely and quickly. He was upfront on all pricing and honest. In my opinion, he should be in a Management position where he can be teaching, guiding and responsible for his own team under him. In my opinion, he has all of the qualities of a First Class Manager in his field. This is Danny's second time to be at our home in the last 30 days and both times he did a fantastic job of helping us. At this appointment I help the customer check one of the drip zones on the right side of the house for a leak. There were three locations that the drip line needed to be repaired. Everything is working fine now.

At this property, I did a complete sprinkler system check. I found that zone two was not turning on and found where the wire was not connected, and re-wired this zone to work correctly.
