After noticing our water bill more than doubled called Barrett’s at 8:00 am Tony arrived at 9:30 am. Fixed the unit and was on his way by 10:00. Tony was super polite and explained everything that he was doing. There has always been a Barrett’s water softener in my home. My folks had one and I’ve had one for the last 17 years!! Great company!!
