The quality of product is great but beyond that, what I most appreciated is the commitment to customer service and respect for the customer's time. From the free in home estimate appointment to the 2 different installations, each time, the representative of the company showed up on time (early actually). I particularly appreciated this with installation as I've become so accustomed to being given a meaningless time window by companies. The installation times were windows but each time they showed up at the very beginning of the window. They were courteous, professional and efficient. Time from order to installation can be longer than alternative company options, but if there is no urgency to your job, the quality of service and product makes it well worth the wait.
