This review is of a periodic inspection performed by a My Plumber representative, Marcko Aguilar. I was impressed by his professionalism and technical expertise. He went over ever aspect of his inspection with me. He showed me why the heating system needed to be cleaned and explained the ramification if it was not accomplished in the near future. I concurred and he scheduled the cleaning for me in a week. All in all a gratifying experience!

Installed new 3/4 prv and main shutoff valve
SOLD FIL001.... Performed hsphvac maintenance on a 2011 ICP heatpump system. Installed a new air scrubber air purification system. Cust had a duct cleaning company that discussed several issues with Mr. Pelano. Microbial growth found in the air handler. Discussed the replacement of the bypass humidifier. Turned off for the season. Mr. Pelano wanted me to price and email info for the ductwork and the humidifier replacement. Moved the air filter from the return box to the EAC chassis. Prefilters ok. Cells are no longer in the EAC. Wireless control system tested ok. Zone damper operating ok. Discussed additional zoning or volume damper installation for better conditioning of the air on all three levels. Acoil is rusted and dirty. Condenser coil ok. Zoning system tested ok. Scrubber fused through the a/h control board. Taped the return box to the a/h and covered the filter slot. A/H 246v. 27 low voltage. 4.3 fla. Blower wheel dirty. Heatpump- 247v. 9.2 fla. #8 wiring to the disconnect and
PSI60. PRV is still holding pressure. 50 gallon electric water heater installed with sharkbites by handyman is less than 1 year old, no expansion tank, no drip pan and not piped in with at least 18” of copper above heater. Hard water is evident. Handle on upstairs Moen shower is hard to pull out causing handle to always come loose. Hot water handle on kitchen faucet is also very stiff to turn. Powder room toilet does not flush due to broken handle and non functioning fill valve. Performed minor tank rebuild on powder room toilet, new fill valve, new handle and new flush disc gasket. 1 year warranty. Also talked about Flowtech anti-scale hard water system.

Psi 65 remove disposal and pull out glasses no warranty
PSI 75. Hose bib shut off is leaking in basement. Also eventually realize the water main shut off is not holding back water. Shut water off at the street and replace main shut off valve with 3/4” ball valve and replace hose bib shut off with 1/2” ball valve. Test for leaks, bleed air out of the lines and all seems well at this time. 2 year parts and labor warranty. Also provide pricing to replace 8 year old electric water heater and to replace original pressure regulating valve. Recommended water pressure is between 60 and 80 psi. Pressure is now at 75.

Checked over downstairs system ,checked all electrical components and connections,verified condensation drain operations ,verified refrigerant charge and overall operations ,found dirty air delivery and distribution systems Presented options and customer chose air scrubber install on upstairs system ,installed air scrubber on supply and wired ,checked operations and returned to service.
Completed 2 systems blower wheel assembly cleaning During cleaning found capacitor to upstairs unit leaking oil. Quoted repair and replaced capacitor All work completed Tested operations All checks ok at this time
