Darren did a great job and was very professional and respectful. He was on time and able to fix a busted outdoor spigot in about an hour. The cost was a bit more than I expected. But I think in this case you get what you pay for.

Mr. Jonathan Bennett "field a loose ball" left dangling from a previous HVAC inspection that only said "your air filter is broken." Mr. Bennett researched the fact that the unit, installed by My Plumber, was still under warranty, so he ordered a replacement. Turns out it was only the UV bulb burned out so we didn't need the replacement anyhow. Mr. Bennett also connected an outside exhaust for my clothes dryer; using interior water filter was not acceptable for asthmatic conditions such as we experienced. Mr. Bennett is a leader in terms of customer care and quality workmanship. We will ask for him on all HVAC issues in the future.

He explains all the options then estimates them very carefully, looking out for the customer's financial interests yet charging a fair price for the work he does. Having received notice of a failure of the air scrubber, installed in 2015, during a recent HVAC inspection, I chose to ask for Mr. Bennett to come have another look. He stated it might only be a bulb replacement required, and if it was more, that was under warranty. This is contrary to the earlier inspector saying he'd charge $1,707.00 for a complete replacement. Also, for medical reasons, I need the dryer to be vented outdoors, and not through an inside water filter, which doesn't totally filter the dryer outflow. Mr Bennett found an expedient means to meet this requirement and will return with the necessary parts to do the work. He looks out his customers' financial interests.

Great job isolating and resolving a leak above the ceiling. Quickly located and diagnosed the cause. Located, one small ceiling section removed I exactly the right spot and replaced a small section of copper. Excellent!

The technician was skilled, polite and patient. The only drawback was that the part he needed to fix the problem, was not at hand. He had go out and look for it, make several phone calls before the part was in. As a result: the entire project lasted almost four hours...

AC is not cooling. Checked the system and noticed,customer accidentally touched the drain safety switch and caused outside unit to be off. Reset the switch and explained it to customer. All working ok at this time
HSP plumbing inspection : 1. Checked all plumbing throughout home including draining and flushing 50 gallon electric water heater approximately three years old in very good condition, checked main water shut off valve and PRV in very good condition psi 58, checked all bathrooms including toilets, bathroom faucets, tubs and showers, and all shut off valves and supply hoses all are in good working condition at this time, checked outdoor hose bibs, and laundry area all in good working condition no problems found .... 2. Removed and replaced hot water shut off valve under vanity sink located in master bathroom, after making replacement tested everything is working good at this time ...... 3. Psi 58
1. Removed and replaced front yard frost freeze hose bib accessing bib from garage wall ... 2.. After installing new hose bib faucet tested everything is working good at this time however customer is responsible for winterizing properly ..... 3. Psi 60
I inspected furnace and ac system to include: R-410 TXV -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean -condenser coils are clean -Refrigerant charge is good Iddb 72 Oddb 78 Three yo gas furnace had flexible gas line ran into furnace cabinet. I replaced with hard pipe. System is in good working order.
Checked and found condensation drain clogged ,cleared and offered drain safety but customer will do at a later date ,returned to service.
Psi 60 I arrived to the customer leak source main floor ceiling open cut replace closet flange and reset w/c and caulking base upstairs bathroom recommended fix drywall and remodel
Re-lite hot water heater. Also a drain and flush Had a 3/4 copper line that was leaking going thru mech room floor in wall in living room Cut out a few areas of Sheetrock to trace leak. Found pin hole leak in copper water line about 2 1/2’ above floor. Installed new 3/4 copper line and tested no leaks
Installed new slip fit tub spout with diverter 2 year warranty Removed and reinstalled tub drain and sealed with new sealant. No warranty (Diag fee)
Installed American Standard Cadet Pro in upstairs hallway bathroom. Tested no leaks. 2 year parts and labor
HSP: Y/N Water Heater Safety Check: Y/N yes Anode Rod Picture: Y/N yes and replaced to new one T&P Picture: Y/N yes and replaced to new one Psi 60, replaced kitchen sink drain trap with trap adapter pvc 1’ 1/2 , repaired moen shower faucet posi temp ( replaced cartridge ) upstairs master bathroom and replaced aerator faucet in main floor powder room and flushed and clean electric water heater and replaced anode rod and t&p tested and everything working ok
