Original meeting was for an estimate of the job(s). Once Brian reviewed the work I was proposing, he gave a very fair and reasonable estimate. Unfortunately I had to cancel the agreed upon date (the morning of) due to an unexpected Dr.'s appointment. With no hesitation or fuss they rescheduled for the following day. The work was professionally done, with explanation while doing it, and was finished well within my satisfaction range. The bill was exactly as discussed with no 'last minute add-ons'.
