We're a privately held company, client-funded since 2011. No VC runway to burn through, no pressure to gouge on renewal. Here's how we actually operate.
Is there really no setup fee?
None. Your monthly fee is all you pay, after the 14-day free trial. No onboarding charge, no seat fee, no volume penalty. The only optional add-ons are GeoGrids, the Premium API ($99/mo), and dispatch-management integrations ($100–125/mo).
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything you created — all your checkins, reviews, photos, videos, and customer data. We'll help you export it. We don't hold data hostage. You stay because the product works, not because you're stuck.
Do you charge per user?
No. Unlimited users per location. We don't penalize you for growing your team — that would be backwards. The more your team checks in, the better Nearby Now works, so we stay out of your way.
What's the difference between SEO Pro and SEO Master?
Master adds video checkins, audio reviews, Nearby Now AI (photo vision, sentiment analysis, draft review responses), Spot-On routing to the closest Google Business Profile, custom review questions and thank-you pages, Zapier + webhooks integrations, Mailchimp integration, Team Tags, and Google Business Profile deep-linking. If you're committed to serious local SEO, Master is the one.
What's "agency-supported"?
We have a network of vetted marketing agencies who handle setup, website integration, employee onboarding, and ongoing optimization. You get the platform plus an experienced advisor. The agency sets its own rate, so that price comes from them rather than from this page. Request an intro and we'll match you to an agency that fits your market and business type.
Do you integrate with ServiceTitan / Jobber / Housecall Pro?
Yes — ServiceTitan has a deep, native integration (mark the job complete, we handle the rest). FieldEdge is also native. Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceM8, Tookan, Launch27, and more are available via Zapier (SEO Master or higher). Dispatch-management integrations carry a $100–125/mo premium.
Can agencies white-label Nearby Now?
